Terms of service

The service
Nerio is an active-beta product, operated by Francisco Abad individually. "Active beta" means the product can have bugs, frequent changes and moments of downtime. Using Nerio means accepting that state of the product.
Founding 25
Anyone who joins during Founding 25 pays $25 the first month. From the second month you pay the then-current list price of the Base plan ($29/mo as of this writing), unless you cancel. Founding 25 has 25 seats and closes once they fill; we never offer fake spots or artificial scarcity. The list price can change over time; it is not locked in for life. The Premium Service tier ($99/mo) can be chosen anytime and does not go through Founding 25.
Included AI and your own key (BYOK)
Every plan includes AI usage with a fair use limit, no extra cost, no setup. If you turn on the advanced BYOK (bring your own key) option from Connections and connect your own key (for example, via OpenRouter), that usage limit is removed, but you're responsible for the costs of that key with your provider and for complying with that provider's terms. Nerio charges no markup on your AI usage either way.
Approval and responsibility
Every outward-facing action from Nerio (sending a message, scheduling, running an errand outside your account) requires your explicit approval before it happens, unless you've opted into autonomy for a specific task type. You're responsible for reviewing what you approve.
Acceptable use
Don't use Nerio for illegal activity, to send spam or harmful content, or to try to compromise the service's security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
Limitation of liability
Nerio is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors, as expected from a beta product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Nerio evolves and as a formal legal entity is set up. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email to hola@nerio.lat.
