Who's responsible

Nerio is operated by Francisco Abad, individually, while the service has no incorporated legal entity yet. Any request about your data can be sent tohola@nerio.lat.

What we collect

Account data (name, email), the content you share with Nerio so it can operate on your behalf (messages, documents, company context that makes up your memory), and basic product and site usage data. If you write to us through an access, diagnostic, or waitlist form, we keep your name, email, and, depending on the form, company and any answers you leave, only to respond to you.

How we use your data

To run the product (keep your memory, execute what you approve, show you your briefing), to respond to access, diagnostic, or support requests, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your memory is isolated per account and is never used to train third-party or our own models.

Analytics

This site does not use third-party analytics right now. If we turn it on, it will be a cookie-free tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and we'll update this paragraph.

AI models and third parties

By default, Nerio processes your content with an AI model included in your plan; the specific provider can change for cost or quality. If you turn on the advanced BYOK (bring your own key) option and connect your own key from a provider like OpenRouter, content you process passes directly between your account and that provider, subject to its own data policies. Review the privacy policy of whichever model provider you choose.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and export your full memory at any time, not just when you cancel. Write to us athola@nerio.lat to exercise these rights.

Minors

Nerio is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this document as Nerio evolves. If a change is significant, we'll announce it on the site or by email.
